I love art and dogs and got to grow up in a house that included both a dog, Ty,  and an artist, my mom.   When I got to college it wasn't long before I had a little dog welcoming me home from my day, that was Roxy; she lived to be 17 1/2 and then passed away one evening three years ago;  I miss her terribly.  I now have Rose, my angel and often model; the rotti with the big muscle body.

  I owned a dog walking service in Durham, NC.  After walking dogs all day, I would come home and paint, not dogs, not then.  When I moved out to California last winter, I wasn't quite sure what my future career was going to be.  I still painted and still loved dogs, but it took me until August to paint my dog, Rose.  Then the pack grew, and it keeps growing.  I have painted numerous commissions since then.  Many decorate offices and homes here in Santa Barbara.   I've been told my dogs come to life on canvas and I am honored with that review.  I look forward to working with you and creating a one of a kind original piece of art of your canine, or cat...
